Tresslewood Village

About Us

At present Tresslewood Village has outline planning consent for an exciting, innovative and state of the art £20 million Continuing Care Community.

The scheme includes a 70 bedded Care Home, 50 extra care cottages and 44 extra care apartments together with a whole host of social facilities, all specifically tailored to suit the needs of older people.

Currently our architects are designing the project in detail, with a view to starting development on site in early 2008.

The Tresslewood site lies adjacent to the western boundary of Godshill on the Isle of Wight. The village of Godshill is south of the Island’s capital Newport and is only a few miles from the south coast towns of Shanklin and Ventnor. Godshill is renowned for its famous picturesque church and thatched cottages.

The scheme will develop into a unique countryside community set on a seven acre site with uninterrupted views across the surrounding rural area. We plan to create a village atmosphere where people can live in comfort with security, whilst retaining independence and dignity.

Our aim is for the scheme to become operational by 2010 but we will keep this site and the local press updated with the progress of the development. In the meantime if you are interested to know more or be personally kept up to date then please complete the form on the Contact Us page.
