“The management at Tresslewood are delighted to announce that on Tuesday 29th January 2008 full detailed planning permission was granted for their Care Village scheme. This represents a milestone in what has been a long process since the conception several years ago. The gaining of planning permission gives the development a more realistic start date and we are looking to commence on site by the autumn of 2008.”

Friday 20th July 2007

On Friday 20th July we submitted our application for detailed planning. We have worked hard with our architects, RP Design Consultants and also our landscape architect, Phillippa Lambert of Lake House Design over the past twelve months to ensure every detail is right for the development and we have now reached the point where the application can be submitted. It is expected the application will take thirteen weeks before a decision is reached.
